Delivery
Our flower delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday, subject to availability and delivery coverage.

If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact our customer service before placing your order. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested delivery arrangement.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the recipient or an authorized person at the delivery address provided, we shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the flowers thereafter.
